Here Are the Most Frequently Asked Questions.

1-Do you have a Budget Cap?

AID FMS has a budget cap of $250,000.
If you have two or more siblings—some with budgets below and others above the cap—we are still happy to work with you. Our goal is to support your family’s needs with flexibility and care, while staying within program guidelines.

2-What Regional Center do you serve?

We currently partner with Westside Regional Center, and as we continue to grow, we plan to expand our services to other regional centers as well.

3-Do you accept transfers from another FMS?

Definitely! While switching your FMS is easier at renewal, we’re happy to accommodate a mid-year transfer. Typically, FMS companies require your final approved Spending Plan and authorization before setting up your account, leading to a service gap where you’re out of your old FMS and waiting weeks to submit vendors to the new one. With us, you can create your account and start adding vendors while waiting for authorization. Once it's received, your vendors will already be set up, and we’ll just need a few days (up to two weeks) to set up your employees.
